OUR ORGANIZATION

Right-Force Service was established in the year  1996 to supply an up market service to
the clients in the republic of S.A. Our organization consists of strong staff member with maximum  of staffing to ensure optimum  level of control. We are members of  Private
Security Industry Regulatory Authority, Reg. No 1219924. Compensation  Act of  injury
on duty Reg. No: 0888-825-1970. Unemployment Insurance Fund Reg. No: 160-3771/4



MISSION

Our Mission is to supply the real security service  to the satisfactory of our client in the country. Through our dedication we are getting good results in our organization. The company functionality is based within the  guidelines of the country criminal procedure Act.



OPERATIONAL AREAS

Right-Force’s headquarters are based in Gauteng –Province, but we also reach other
parts of the country wherever we are invited for service.
The organization establishes a site office/control when the site of service is far from our
Office or province to make the service delivery easier.



OPERATIONAL – PLAN

We only use qualified Security Officers to render the service at all the client’s premises.
24 hrs communication  is linked to from our control –room for the proper contact
with each site. Our control – room operates on 24 hrs basis daily. Transport of guards to and from the site is carried out  by the company

Extra staff is always kept available to assist in a crisis situation. We check our guards when they report on or off duty every time. Patrols are carried out by our supervisors to ensure proper service at every shift. Under normal circumstance, it takes plus or minus 15 minutes for the supervisor to reach the site in the case of an emergency. We are the only company which exercise its mission exactly as being stated out!

MANAGEMENT

All members of the company are qualified and well experienced in the industry for years. Our clients recieve the management visits on a regular basis to share the experience of the service. Any reports from the client are handled properly without any delay.

The Manager is on 24 hour stand by for each site during our contracts period with the client. we are a good company because our guards receive minimum overtimes and wages according to the department of labour determinations act. Because of good compliance to the law, our guards to not go on strike,which could put clients at risk.Therefore the standard of service is always optimal.

FINANCIAL

In order to have a good sense of capacity in functionality the company has good financial control. A qualified accountant has been appointed by the company. That is the only person who handles the matters of the business fund's.

TRAINING

our security personnel get trained and registered with the Private Security Industry regulatory Authority Body. The only body which controls security business in the country. Training is conducted in the following phases

1. Basic Training

2.The particular person is entitled to register to the Private Security industry regulatory Authority. the Authority will check the credibility of the institution where the person trained, after that candidates will receive a certificate from the authority.

3.The person will then apply for employment from us, we will also give him/her our formal training before we can deploy him/her to the site of service. Oral training is given to each and every guard to comply with the specific conditions of the sites. Our guards are fluent in English and Afrikaans,as well as other African Languages. Our protection covers any form of vandalism to the properties and theft as well as saving the lives of personnel on the site.

UNIFORMS

Proper uniforms are issued to each security-officer on duty for the identifiable images. Clear ID-Cards with the officers photo will be issues on duty. All equipment required for the service will be provided by the company.
